Add Multiple Widgets<\/strong><\/h2>\nWant to add several widgets at once? No problem! This feature makes it easy to populate your Dashboard with a widget for each question in your survey or for selected questions or metadata.<\/p>\n
To add multiple widgets, follow the steps below:<\/p>\n
\n- \n
\n- Create a new Dashboard.<\/li>\n
- Once the Dashboard is created, click the three-dot menu in the top right and select Add Multiple Widgets.

<\/li>\n - Select the column layout for your widgets. Choose 1 Column<\/strong> to stack widgets vertically, or 2 Columns<\/strong> to place them side by side. The number of rows will be adjusted based on the number of widgets added.

<\/li>\n- Choose the relevant project as your data source.<\/li>\n
- Based on the selected project, you will have the option to choose questions and metadata from the Question\/Metadata<\/strong> dropdown. Drill Down, Ranking, Signature, Numeric Allocation, and Attachment question types cannot be selected through this option

<\/li>\n- Select the format in which the widgets should display data: Graph<\/strong>, Table<\/strong> or both. All the selected questions and metadata will be shown according to the chosen format.

<\/li>\n- If you already have widgets on the Dashboard, use the Position<\/strong> option to decide where to place the new widgets\u2014either at the top of the Dashboard before existing widgets or at the bottom.<\/li>\n
- Next, go to Advanced Settings<\/strong> to define additional specifications for your widgets. Within Overall<\/strong>, you can customize based on the following options.

\n\n- Sort By<\/strong>: Sort your answer options based on the following criteria:\n
\n- In order of appearance of the question<\/li>\n
- In alphabetical order (A to Z)<\/li>\n

- From highest to lowest value<\/li>\n
- From lowest to highest value<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
- Display answers with 0 responses<\/li>\n
- Include ‘Did Not Answer\u2019<\/li>\n
- Include ‘Incomplete Responses’<\/li>\n
- Split \u2018Grid Questions\u2019<\/li>\n
- Show ‘Total Responses’<\/li>\n

- Also under Advanced Settings, Graph Settings<\/strong> let you specify the graph types for single-select and grid questions. You can also select default graph color palettes here.

\n- Widget Push<\/strong>: Automatically adjusts the position of widgets as you move them.<\/li>\n
- Widget Swap<\/strong>: Enables swapping the positions of widgets.<\/li>\n
- Compact – Left & Up<\/strong>: Displays a compact Dashboard view by aligning widgets to the left and moving them up.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
- \n
- Create a new Dashboard.<\/li>\n
- Once the Dashboard is created, click the three-dot menu in the top right and select Add Multiple Widgets.
