Recommended when precise numeric values are required.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Trend Graph<\/strong> &#8211; A time-series visualisation of the score plotted over a selected period. Recommended when tracking how a metric changes across survey cycles, response periods, or date ranges.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Trend Table<\/strong> &#8211; A tabular layout presenting score values across time periods in rows and columns. Recommended when precise numeric comparison across periods is required rather than a visual representation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/Score5.gif\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Select a <strong>Metric Format<\/strong> to define the specific value the widget calculates and displays. Refer to the <a href=\"#section-4\">Metric Format<\/a> section below for details on available options.<\/li>\n<li>Configure <strong>Advanced Settings<\/strong>, <strong>Filters<\/strong>, and <strong>Segmentation<\/strong> as required.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/Score6.png\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong> to apply the configuration.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"example-block-container blue-shade\">\n        <span class=\"example-block-content\"><span class=\"example-block-header\">For example:<\/span><br \/>\nA customer experience manager needs to compare satisfaction performance across three CSAT questions on a single dashboard panel. By selecting Individual as the Score Type, each question renders as a separate graph within the widget, making side-by-side comparison straightforward without building three separate widgets.<br \/>\n<\/span>\n  <\/div>\n<h2 id=\"section-2\">Supported Question Types<\/h2>\n<p>The Score Widget supports question types that generate a numeric rating or score. The following question types can be used as a data source:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>CSAT<\/strong> &#8211; Customer Satisfaction rating question.<\/li>\n<li><strong>CES<\/strong> &#8211; Customer Effort Score question.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Key Driver Analysis<\/strong> &#8211; Rating questions tagged as key drivers in the project.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rating Scale<\/strong> &#8211; Single-row rating on a defined scale (e.g., 1&#8211;5, 1&#8211;10).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rating Radio Grid<\/strong> &#8211; Grid of rating items answered via radio buttons.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rating Drop Down Grid<\/strong> &#8211; Grid of rating items answered via drop-downs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rating Scale Grid<\/strong> &#8211; Grid where each row uses a rating scale.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rating Drop Down<\/strong> &#8211; Single rating question answered from a drop-down list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"sogo-help-info-box\">\n<i class=\"fal fa-info-circle\"><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"sogo-info-text\">Open-ended text, non-rating single-select, and ranking question types are not supported. If an expected question is not available during widget configuration, confirm that it belongs to one of the supported types listed above.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"section-3\">Supported Metadata<\/h2>\n<p>In addition to question-level data, the Score Widget can display the following project-level metadata:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Time to complete the survey<\/strong> &#8211; The average time respondents spent completing the survey.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Channel<\/strong> &#8211; The distribution channel through which each participant accessed the survey, such as email, link, SMS, or QR code.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Response rate<\/strong> &#8211; The percentage of invited participants who submitted a response.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Participation trend<\/strong> &#8211; Changes in participation volume over time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"section-4\">Metric Format<\/h2>\n<p>Metric Format defines the specific value the widget calculates and displays. Recommended for standard rating scales.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Weighted Score as Percentage<\/td>\n<td>The weighted score expressed as a percentage of the maximum possible score. Useful when comparing scales with different ranges on the same dashboard.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Net Intent<\/td>\n<td>A net-score calculation based on the percentage of favorable responses minus the percentage of unfavorable responses. Commonly used for NPS-style metrics.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Percent Favorable<\/td>\n<td>The percentage of respondents who selected a favorable option, typically the top ratings on the scale.
