Zarca Domain Update – FAQs
On June 1, 2024, we’ll be migrating to a new Azure server. In general, this should be a seamless transition for you and your participants. Because you’ll see a few changes, we want to ensure all of your questions are answered.

I have a survey that’s currently live. Will my participants be impacted?
Nope! All current participation links, from email invitations to embedded forms, will automatically redirect to the new domain. Data will be continuously collected and will reflect in your reports.
Do I need to bookmark a new login page?
All existing links will redirect to the new links on June 1. When you access the current login page, you’ll automatically be redirected to the new login page. If you like to keep your bookmarks updated, this list is for you. 😊

Do I need to change anything when sending email invitations?
Updates to email delivery will be automatic – you don’t need to make any changes. No updates are required for sender email addresses that have been verified or sender domains that have already authenticated. If you use the system default email address when sending invitations [example@mail1.zarca-inc.com] you will see that it’s automatically updated [example@email.sogolytics.com].
Do I need to do anything with safelisting/whitelisting?
Whitelisting, also known as safelisting, is the process of letting your servers know it’s okay to accept emails from our system. This improves internal delivery of invitations, reports, and other notifications.
Here’s what you need to know:
- If you’ve never completed whitelisting, no worries. No action required.
- If you’ve previously completed whitelisting by domain, great! No action required.
- If you’ve completed whitelisting by specific IPs, you’ll need to update your firewall settings.
To make transitions easier, we’ve been encouraging domain-based whitelisting for some time, so there’s a good chance you’re already covered!
Do I have to change anything about the APIs I have set up now?
These changes should not impact current APIs, but it’s always a good idea to test. Connect with your account manager to review your specific flows on research.sogolytics.com.
