Resolution, Reflection, Repeat

The new year is just around the corner, and we’ve just celebrated our birthday, which makes this a perfect time for reflections and resolutions.

It’s been an exciting year, and we wouldn’t be celebrating without you! We’re expanding our offerings, connecting with new partners, and building our community.

Reflection

  • Measuring up the past year means reviewing data — analyzing trends, comparing results across time, and reviewing our goals.
  • No matter how much we love numbers, though, it’s still the personal connections that matter most. We’re lucky to have some wonderful clients, and we love getting to know them and helping them to meet their goals.
  • We’re proud to be trusted by clients with the management of some of their most sensitive projects, including company-wide Employee 360 Evaluations and Employee Satisfaction Surveys. We know this data will make a difference!
  • As we go, we’re always reviewing our processes, services, and products — there’s no end in sight! Both internally and externally, we’re always aiming to improve!

Resolution

  • Every day in every way, we’re getting better and better! Wait — that’s just an affirmation. Thanks, Emile Coué! Good start, but it helps to set some actual goals, too.
  • Check your data, set your goals, and go! We’re working on goals from improving customer experience — for our customers and yours! — to improving employee experience — for our employees and yours!
  • It’s probably not necessary to declare your resolutions in public, but it’s important that everyone involved knows where you’re headed. From company-wide goals to individual objectives, be sure to work these aims into your regular company meetings and communications to individual performance evaluations.

Looking ahead, don’t forget to look behind, too! Otherwise, how will you know if you’re heading in the right direction?
