At Sogolytics, every release is designed with one goal in mind: helping you do more with less effort. Sprint 33.1 continues that mission with enhancements that make it easier to share insights, collaborate with respondents, manage data, and keep your organization secure—all while laying the foundation for exciting innovations still to come.
From distributing surveys through Microsoft Teams and Slack to powerful new reporting capabilities and streamlined administration, this sprint is packed with practical improvements you’ll notice right away.

Share Smarter, Analyze Deeper
Great insights are only valuable if they’re easy to understand—and even easier to share. Sprint 33.1 introduces several enhancements that make Custom Dashboards more powerful and flexible for both analysis and collaboration.
We’ve also expanded how users can work with dashboard data:
- Export segmented Trend Widgets while preserving visual formatting and hierarchy.
- Apply heat maps and conditional formatting to tables, cross tabs, score widgets, and trend tables to highlight patterns automatically.
- Continue expanding NLP-powered dashboard analysis with richer sentiment visualizations and reusable drill-down widgets.
Together, these updates make it easier to move from raw data to meaningful conversations—whether you’re sharing insights with leadership or exploring trends yourself.
Reach Respondents Where They Already Work
Survey participation improves when you meet people where they already communicate. That’s why Sprint 33.1 introduces one of our most requested distribution enhancements: native Microsoft Teams and Slack integration.
Organizations can now distribute surveys directly to individuals or channels within their collaboration platforms, bringing feedback collection into the daily flow of work instead of relying solely on email.
Alongside this major addition, we’ve made distribution management even smarter with:
- Enhanced tracking that identifies exactly how invitations were distributed, such as the name of the Directory or Contact List used to send.
- Keyword-based SMS unsubscribe options as the new default for simpler recipient preference management. Let participants opt out by replying with STOP and save plenty of characters for your custom invitation.
- Expanded Intercept customization with richer formatting, improved display behavior, and more reliable participation settings.
- Clarified3 SMS character counting to help estimate message length and SMS usage before sending.
These enhancements give administrators more confidence while making participation easier for respondents.
Connect More, Build Less: The New Integration Hub
Great feedback doesn’t live in a single system—and now it doesn’t have to.
Sprint 33.1 introduces a major expansion of our integration capabilities with our Custom Automations Builder, making it easier than ever to connect Sogolytics with the applications your organization already depends on. Rather than building and maintaining custom integrations, teams can automate workflows using a low-code drag-and-drop builder and an expanded library of supported actions and triggers.
Whether you’re routing customer feedback into your CRM, triggering notifications in collaboration tools, updating records across business systems, or streamlining operational workflows, the enhanced connector provides greater flexibility with less manual work.
Highlights include:
- Expanded triggers and actions for richer workflow automation.
- Improved connector reliability and performance.
- Easier configuration and management through the new Integration Hub.
- Better support for connecting feedback with the tools your teams use every day.
As organizations continue connecting more business processes, these enhancements make it easier to transform feedback into automated action—without writing code.
Smarter Data, Better Decisions
Managing data shouldn’t require manual work every step of the way. Sprint 33.1 introduces new capabilities that help organizations enrich their data automatically and uncover even more meaningful insights.
A standout addition is Derived Fields for Directory. Users can now create calculated fields based on existing contact and activity data using an intuitive formula builder, allowing organizations to automate common calculations and reduce repetitive manual updates. Automated recalculation keeps values current as underlying data changes.
Sogolytics is now available on the PointClickCare Marketplace, enabling senior care providers to automate resident and patient experience surveys using real-time admission, discharge, and transfer events. The integration serves skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and memory care organizations across the U.S. and Canada. Resident and family contact data syncs directly into Sogolytics, helping surveys reach the appropriate resident, guardian, family member, or care partner at the right milestone. By eliminating spreadsheets, manual uploads, and scheduled list-building, providers can gather more timely feedback, connect insights across the resident journey, reduce administrative work, and scale programs across multiple facilities.
We’ve also expanded the text analysis capabilities within CX dashboards with a new Metadata experience. Users can now identify and explore entities such as people, products, companies, places, locations, and professions mentioned across open-ended feedback. This makes it easier to uncover recurring themes, understand what customers are referring to, and pinpoint the specific people, offerings, or locations influencing their experiences. By turning unstructured comments into structured, searchable insights, teams can investigate issues faster, compare patterns across segments, and take more targeted action.
Simpler Administration, Stronger Security
As organizations grow, managing users and protecting accounts becomes increasingly important. Sprint 33.1 delivers several enhancements that simplify administration while strengthening security across the platform.
New users can now sign up using Apple, Microsoft, or LinkedIn, alongside our existing social login options. Existing users can also link these accounts to their Sogolytics profile for faster, easier sign-in going forward.
Security also gets a significant boost with a new Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) option (in addition to existing email-based MFA) using industry-standard authenticator apps of your choice, providing stronger protection for both primary users and sub-users. Primary users can make the authenticator-based MFA mandatory for all sub-users as needed.
Administrators will also appreciate new tools that make large-scale management easier, including:
- Bulk management of sub-users, permissions, and data visibility through Excel uploads.
- Folder-based project navigation for quicker access to active work.
- A redesigned homepage experience that helps both new and returning users get started faster.
- A unified Integration Hub that brings all integration management into one centralized location.
