What is Employee Experience Management Software, and Why is it Important? 

Employee experience software revolves around technology that bolsters the company’s efforts to accelerate worker productivity by streamlining its HR department to deliver practical and fast-acting services. How does it accomplish this? By converting traditionally labor-intensive administrative tasks into automated processes and thrusting data into the system to drive business decisions.  Another way of looking at employee experience management software is that it substantially improves (and controls) how teams connect and deal with touchpoints in their diverse journeys within the organization.
