Fall has always been a season of momentum. For organizations across industries, it’s a time to take stock of the year’s progress while also laying the foundation for what comes next. At Sogolytics, fall is when we hit the road, connect with leaders, and share ideas that spark action. This year, our calendar is packed with events that reflect the full scope of our mission: empowering organizations to listen deeply, act strategically, and transform experiences into lasting results.
Whether it’s education, financial services, fitness and wellness, or HR transformation, we’re meeting decision-makers where they are, listening to their challenges, and collaborating on solutions. If you’ll be attending one of these events, we’d love to connect in person. And if not, here’s a preview of where you’ll find us and what we’ll be talking about this fall.
Fall Leadership Summit | Saratoga Springs, NY | September 28–30, 2025
The Council of School Superintendents 2025 Fall Leadership Summit is one of the most important gatherings for K-12 education leaders in New York and beyond. Hosted at the Saratoga Hilton, the event focuses on “Leading and Learning at the Pace of Change,” a theme that feels especially urgent as schools navigate evolving expectations from students, families, and communities.
Representing Sogolytics at this year’s summit will be Mike Canney, Account Executive, Jenny Coisson, Ph.D., Director of Research Operations, and Alysandra Worrell, Business Development Representative. Together, they’ll engage with more than 825 superintendents and education decision-makers to discuss how schools can boost community trust, improve family engagement, and ensure student voices are heard.
For us, this event is about more than visibility. It’s about reinforcing the role that listening tools play in helping districts not only gather feedback but also act on it. When leaders can measure and respond to student, staff, and parent sentiment, they’re better positioned to build sustainable trust and deliver results. Americas Credit Unions: Operations & Management Council Conference | Phoenix, AZ | September 28–30, 2025
Running in parallel, the Operations & Management Council Conference brings together nearly 1,200 credit union leaders to explore the forces shaping the future of financial services. This year’s agenda is packed with sessions on building member loyalty, enhancing employee engagement, navigating automation, AI, and an increasingly complex regulatory landscape.
As a Bronze Sponsor, we’ll have a booth and the opportunity to connect with credit unions from across the country. Our team—Haris Azmi, Chief Revenue Officer, and Melissa Krut, VP of Success—will be on hand to share how credit unions can translate feedback into strategies that retain members and engage employees.
Credit unions face a unique challenge: balancing the personalized service they’re known for with the demands of digital innovation. We believe the answer lies in leveraging experience management platforms that unify data across touchpoints. When member surveys, employee engagement feedback, and transactional insights live in one place, leadership teams can move from guesswork to action. Beyond Activ Americas 2025 | Dallas, TX | October 2–3, 2025
At the intersection of fitness, health, wellness, and business growth sits Beyond Activ Americas 2025. Hosted at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, this event gathers 1,000+ global leaders across industries that are redefining what it means to deliver value to members and clients.

Sogolytics at Beyond Activ 2024
Sogolytics is proud to be a Partner at this year’s event. Drop by our meeting table to visit Haris Azmi, Chief Revenue Officer, and Nicole Vaz, Sr Consultant and Experience, who will be leading discussions about how experience management is helping fitness and wellness organizations increase loyalty and growth.
This event aligns perfectly with our philosophy: great experiences are not accidental; they’re designed and measured. By combining real-time feedback tools with actionable analytics, organizations in fitness and wellness can increase loyalty, grow memberships, and strengthen brand differentiation. SHRM Dulles: Employee Experience Design (EXD) | Reston, VA | October 15, 2025
Closer to home, we’re proud to support SHRM Dulles EXD: Employee Experience Design, a half-day conference dedicated to “The Blueprint for a Better Employee Journey.” From retention and engagement to employer brand and satisfaction, the agenda tackles the most pressing challenges facing HR leaders today.
Representing Sogolytics will be Melissa Krut, VP of Success and myself (Phillip Pinero Operations Manager), both SHRM-Certified Professionals. Together, we’ll share actionable insights on how organizations can design and measure every stage of the employee journey. Employee experience isn’t just a buzzword; it’s a business strategy. Research consistently shows that organizations with strong EX programs see lower turnover, higher productivity, and stronger profitability. Yet many organizations still struggle to connect the dots between feedback, culture, and action.
At EXD, we’ll highlight how Sogolytics makes it easier to design and measure every stage of the employee journey. From onboarding to exit surveys, from pulse checks to engagement benchmarks, HR teams gain clarity on where to invest and how to respond. (Our recent blog on What is Employee Experience? The Complete 2025 Guide offers a preview.)
MAC 2025: Where Marketing Meets Margaritaville | October 27–29, 2025
Finally, we’ll round out the fall at MAC 2025, a high-energy event that blends credit union marketing innovation with an unmistakably fun vibe. With 300+ attendees and a focus on bold ideas, this is where creativity meets strategy.

Sogolytics at MAC 2024 in Hollywood
Representing Sogolytics will be Haris Azmi, Chief Revenue Officer, and Ian Crowley, Director of Sales at booth# 20 (come visit). As a Macquee Sponsor, we’ll take the stage during the Exclusive Awards Dinner and share insights on how credit unions can harness feedback to craft campaigns that resonate.
Marketing isn’t just about messaging; it’s about listening. And when organizations combine creative storytelling with data-driven insights, the results are transformative. For credit unions, that means campaigns that don’t just look good but also drive measurable increases in member satisfaction and retention.
